Delším zráním na chladném a tmavém místě pivo získává vůni a chuť kvalitní hořké čokolády, která tolik chutnala Kateřině Veliké.
Podávejte k sladkým dezertům, aromatickým sýrům a v případě krize. 21°
Optimální teplota 12° - 14°C.

Bouteille (7/5/2014). ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in a field in the Czech Republic. Pitch black pour, thin tan head. Aroma of burnt malts, tar, tobacco, ash, licorice, molasses and asphalt. Flavor is very bitter roasted malts, harsh and heavy. Nice and in your face imperial stout.

Super smooth, no alcoholic taste, quite poor froth but still one of best beer I’ve tasted.

Bottle @ Pivovarsky Dum, Prague. Pours an oily black body with a small caramel-hued head. Nose is metal, licorice, blood-liver-ish tones, hints of chocolate. Weird, and not in a good way. Taste is sour cherry-like tones, chocolate, coffee, grains and hints of licorice and ashes. Full body, medium carbonation. Not really working out well.

300 ml bottle courtesy of Jamedra. Thanks. Pours an opaque black color with a small tan head that slowly recedes to a fine ring. Thew aroma is soft with molasses and roasted malts. The taste is roasty with well roasted grains, dark bitter chocolate and some dark fruits. The palate is just a bit thinner than I would prefer and the carbonation is weak. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: Nice stout I love the roastiness in the flavor.

330ml, flip top bottle. Poured a black color with a smaller sized off white head. Roast, chocolate, some coffee in the finish, and a lighter tart dark fruit finish.

Pours thick dark black and a bit murky with a small dark caramel head. Aroma is the best part bringing big rich dark roasted malt and chocolate brownie. The flavor starts off like that immediately goes to a tartness that overtakes the profile.
