Bottle(1000ml): Deep chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, small off-white head, slight chalky traces in the relatively dry toasty-caramelly nose, delicate herbal hops detectable; moderate to solid dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, but not thin; slightly lingering roasty-bitter and caramelly finish. Tasty, light and dry…

1L PET-bottle from the brewery. Bottled ten days before tasting it. Somewhat hazy dark amber beer with a nice beige head. Roasted chocolate aroma, cocoa powder, fruity notes, toffee notes, some bitterness. Chocolate flavor, licorice, cocoa powder, a bit thin bodied but apart from that a good beer.

(pet-bottle, 100cl) Stout-like appearance: almost black coloured hue with a brown and short foamy head. Roast-malty aroma with notes of leather and sour dough, accompanied by shades of coffee and chocolate. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied without being watery, mildly carbonation. Dry roast-malty base with hints of mocha, leather and dark chocolate; dry and roasty, also hop bitter finish. Likeable. 19.VIII.12
