Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, - JAN 27, 2008
bottle. This is not the same as Breznak svetle vycepni as shows the list of ingredients, GTIN and percentage of alcohol. Clear golden colour, large and persistent white head. Hoppy aroma. Dry mouthfeel, hoppy flavours dominate. Only very slightly malty, but it retains the flavour of a Bohemian vycepni pivo. Hoppy finish. This is a really good Diätbier.

Pours clear golden greenish with a big white head. Aroma of malt and citrusy hops that don’t really blends. Pure and drinkable taste though.

edpeg (496) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 28, 2012
Pours yellow light amber golden clear body with whitemedium head. Aromas are hops, sweet malts, grains, curry. Palate is thin medium bodied. Carbonation is thin, with watery mouth feel. Taste is watery with swee maltiness. Aftertaste metallic with medium short hops dry finish. Overall somewhat unbalanced, with sme papery cereal low alcohol off-flavours.

Powertrip (841) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 8, 2011
Single bottle purchased from an Edeka Grocery Store in Altenberg, Germany on 12/07/2011. Colour: pretty solid light orange with quickly fading white head. Nose: Some mild fruit....like peach, cake icing, fresh white bread. Taste: Light sweet, medium-light bitter, light sour. Some decent bite near the finish and the low abv% is disguised well.

Bottle. Aroma is malt and chicken soup. (yeah, I know, wtf, but that’s the aroma imho) Flavour is malrt and caramel with a light bitter touch. Weird but decent for a cheap pilsener, not really a Bohemian imho though.

Pours pretty thick, billowy head. A soft aroma. Couldn’t get much out of it. Thicker on the tongue, not much flavor. Nothing special.

Didn’t really do justice to the Bohemian style Pils....everything about this beer screamed average or just below average

Maria (8572) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 11, 2009
It is golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of sweet malts, light vegetables and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of dry citrus, vegetables and the finish is dry and slightly harsh. The overall impression has a touch of damp basement.

pivnizub (7228) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 25, 2008
Bottle (Slava Quack-Duckovi !): A bit unclear, golden coloured, big, persistent, almost rocky white head; traces of pale malt and Saaz hops in the nose, maybe a bit perfumed; moderate to solid bitter-dry flavour, a very small malty base can be suspected nevertheless, thinnish body; sweet pale malt and slightly tart hops in the mostly dry finish. Not the worst diet-fizz.........

Bottle as Breznak Böhmisches Diät Bier - 3.90 % Alc. The bottle looks not good. The beer in the glass very light. Very dry aroma. Tastes the same. Very, very dry. Finish a little bit bitter. Not a good beer.
