The bready wateriness of the flavor here does border on acidic, as the previous rater said. Nice aromas of hay and bread, soft, pillowy. A little sugar in the flavor. Not solid, but OK.

As "Březňák Original Böhmisch Pils", 0,5 l bottle from REWE City Niederrad. Pours clear amber with big off white head leaving very pretty lacing on the glaass. Aroma is malty, nicely hoppy and somewhat sweet with tones of hay and ripe fruits. Crispy lean sweet mouthfeel. Flavor is fruity, a bit sweet with nice strong hoppyness and mix of malts and acidy tones. Palate is acidy watery but sweet. Finishes with a big dry and bitter bite. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

330 ml bottle. Amber and crystal clear. Lots of bubbles rising to the surface. Fluffy fine-laced white head. Crisp hoppy nose with grass and a little soap. Some medicinal notes and a little diacetyl. Refreshing hoppy bite with peppermint flavours. Medium-bodied, but tends towards the lighter end. The beer is not complex, but it has some depth. Dry metallic bitterness in the end.

Bottle from a German petrol station at home. Deep golden pour with a thick foamy white head that leaves lacing. Aroma of Saaz hops, spicy and citrus. Flavor is nice bitter hoppy with a strong malt base. Good balance and a very refreshing pilsener. Watery texture and slightly above average carbonation.
