Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Huge creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Dark mahogany colour. Aroma of grain, chocolate, caramel, nutty, fruit. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavour. Light roasted and bitter finish.

TaxiDriver (1394) - Stadland, GERMANY - APR 20, 2008
Bottle. Light sour, a little bit malty, not much more to say. Rather small fizzy brown head, very fast disappearing; black body. Moderate sweet start, light bitter finish, short duration. Dry and watery texture, light body, lively carbonation. Unfortunately it’s too watery for my taste, otherwise this rather sweet Schwarzbier is not a bad one!
