Pasturana. Primo fusto infezione lattica, secondo fusto zeppo di fenolico; non abbiamo avuto fortuna.

color giallo chiaro, con una breve bianca schiuma, al naso è molto agrumata, limone, piacevole con aromi speziate, in bocca torna il limone, fresca, estiva, solo troppo gassata.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2011 In bottiglia a Balla coi Cinghiali 2010; una delle proposte dell’Open Baladin di Cinzano per la manifestazione. Purtroppo era fallata... smaccatamente acida, peccato perchè prometteva bene. Voto di fiducia, la riproverò. SECONDO ASSAGGIO: Bevuta a Pasturana 2011; primo fusto infetto, secondo fusto ricco di clorofenoli. Non sono fortunato col B94

Draught at IBF 2009, Milan
Cloudy pale blond color; small creamy head. Perfumy aroma, a bit soapy and citrusy. Lean body, with a delicate but very pleasant cloves touch; low bitterness. Refreshing.

Very pale yellow with slight frothy white head. Citric nose, fresh, coriander, thankfully not too much. Coriander however much more present in the taste, which doesn’t vary for a farthing. Quite carbonated MF, slight burning. Not bad, but rather boring.
