Bottle in Rome. Hazy amber beer, residual white head. Light palate, semi dry and semi crisp. Tangy dried fruits - orange and apricot. Dry minerally finish. Okay.

On bottle, 375ml. Very pleasant beer. I think it is easy to drink as well as refreshing and fruity. The hop is noticeable too. Amber and cloudy colour, with a lot of sedimentation. The froth is medium persistence. Very good product.

Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy golden color. Light aroma of apricot jam. The body of the underlying Belgian Ale is not very strong, but it’s improved by the residual sweetness of the quince jam; the Ale is quite simple, dry and a bit spicy if possible, the fruit is a nice complement; the alcohol is probably a right target. Not liking fruit beers in general, I have to say that this one is correctly brewed.
