Giallo oro, con schiuma bianca, discreta persistenza, è una birra molto classica, dove sia al naso che in bocca il malto ed il luppolo si fondono bene nei parametro dello stile, la cosa più interessante è ritrovare una certa artigianalità casalinga, soprattutto in piccoli difetti di legatura al palato. tutto sommato buona.

Bevuta in bottiglia con un colore molto limpido e schiuma compatta abbondante e molto persistente. I profumi sono intensi erbacei e camomilla, in bocca però la camomilla copre un pò tutto laciando solo il finale leggermente amaro.

Alla spina - IBF Roma 2011 Color arancio-oro, molto limpida. Al naso molto profumata, fresca con un retrogusto amarognolo di luppolo. Buona ma non sconvolgente.

Bottle. Hazy golden small vanishing head. Yeasty nose, esters presence, a bit malty and hop aroma behind the yeast. Yeast again in the mouth, bitter finish, lively carbonation.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with hoppy and fruity notes. Hoppy flavour with lemons, yeast and pine. Finished yeasty, dry and bitter.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrusy hops, and grass. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, grass, hops, and fruits - especially peaches, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Citrusy hops in the nose. Light body, lightly sweet fruit and again a little citrusy hops. Dry but not overly bitter finish. Based on the hop character I’d call this an APA rather than an EPA. 050610

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy, herbal and citrusy. Citrusy, peachy and crisp bitter flavoured. Mild fruity sweet note. Citrusy and bitter clean finish.

Clear light to medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tosted - caramel, spices, light moderate hoppy, citrus, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100605]
