375 bottle from Domus Birrae. Served into a pint glass. Pours a clear dark orange with a light yellow head, very persistent. Extremely good lacing. Lovely aroma of floral hops and caramel malts. Modearte bitterness, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Just fell in love with this beer, wonderful.

Bottle at Theis and Mette tasting. Pours a hazy amber colour with a off white head. The aroma is slightly sour with notes of bread, fruit, caramel and hay. Flavour is light bitter with notes of fruit, grass and caramel.

Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of pear and apple fruit and bread with a touch of dried fruits. Sweet bready flavour with grass and dried fruit

Bottle at Theis og Mette. Hazy orange red coloured with a small white head. Fruity arooma of caramel with notes of spices and hops. Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grass. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle at Theis and Mette’s. Pours a clear light brown with an off-white head. Doesn’t taste of much du is still a sweet and somewhat dry beer with aromas of caramel and some citric hops. Light bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Mellow dry finish.

Bottle at home - Tasting. Cloudy amber - white head. Knækbrød, berries, chocolate, medium hoppy, grape, citrus, fruity, herbal, light wooden notes, plain.

Bottle shared by joergen og Alessandro Cometti. Pours hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is butterscotch, diacetyl, fruit, sweet caramel and light hops. The flavour is marmelade, diacetyl, fruit and light hops.

Bevuta a Pasturana 2011, un assaggio dal bicchiere di Simone; non me la ricordo neanche... una bitter normalissima

Bitter passabile, qualche puzzetta al naso, per il resto abbastanza pulita, non lascia il segno.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with large creamy off-white mostly lasting head. Aroma is roasted malt with notes of dark fruits. Sweet flavor. Bitter finish.
