Nov 29, 2009 Pours golden with thin white head. Aroma is bland with undertones of funky earth. Very light. Flavor is initially overwhelmed by carbonation, follows with a medium bodied, slightly sweet flavor which is underwhlming. Peaks with a slight hop character.

Nov 27, 2009 A little hazy yellow colored beer, with a smaal white head. The aroma of flowers with malts. In the back a little sour. The taste is malty sweet with fruits and the bitterness of citrus and hops. The aftertaste is sweet moving to bitter with a little sour in the back.

Sep 21, 2009 bottle, golden colour with stable and lacing white head. Smell: very yeasty and alcohol. Taste: also very yeasty, hoppy, bitter, fruity, alcohol, citrus and grassy. Sweet aftertaste but nothing special.

Pours pale golden with a small, frothy, white head. Dissipates to a thin film. Aroma has lots of crisp malts, light citrusy hops, some peppery spiciness and light fruity yeast. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet and malty at first, some honey. A fine citrussy and grassy hops bitter finish. Fine tripel, somewhat drier and hoppier than most tripels.

Sep 5, 2009 Bottle @ Vilvordia Bierproef Festival, Jette, Brussels. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity yeasty slightly hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty spicy flavor with hints of hops and some hints of yeast. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish with a bitter aftertaste.

Jul 11, 2009 Bottle (from belgianshop.com). A bit hazyish golden colour with big foam head. Aroma is alcohol, some fruityness, yeast, mild spices as well as malts and wood. Flavour is fruity, spicy, malty and yeasty. Also has some slight herbal notes. The alcohol mainly gives a burning feel while drinking, but not too much alcohol in flavour. Clean tripel, but also quite boring...
