Compact and highly resistant head of good volume. Beautiful dark orange color with good bubbly and a hazy and torbid aspect. Highly alcoholic and much complex aroma; fermented wine notes, orange citrus, yeast, wine cellar and flower petal rose. Balanced taste between sweet and bitter, powerful alcohol and very wrapping and warm taste with notes of candied fruit and wine in botte. Excellent.

Draught at the brewery tap, Fermento, Milano. Color amber with medium lasting white head. Aroma malt, caramel, fruits, sugar, hop. Taste sweet, bitter, caramel, malt.

Clear medium amber color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100305]

Il colore è biondo/arancione con una bella schiuma un pò cremosa.Aroma piacevolmente fruttato,ma è il sapore che mi lascia favorevolmente impressionato,dolce,fruttato e secco.

Draught: Poured an orangish red amber with a off white head. Aroma is citrus, hops, and slightly cereal. Taste is hoppy with slight malt, just enough to balance it.

Aroma splendido, erbaceo, avvolgente; sapore straordinario, di un dolce complesso che evolve nel lento ma inesorabile finale secco/luppolato che non lascia che la voglia di ricominciare. Strepitosa, a mio avviso la migliore del BABB.

500ml bottle, hazy blonde-orangeish hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty, sweet honeyish pale malt, with a hint of marmalade, peachy, mango fruit esters, mild floral hop aroma follows through on a meddium-bodied palate with a yeasty, sweet kind of orange flavor popsicle, fruity peaches characterwith some hint of toastiness, honeyed pale malt, leading towards a fruity, lingering hop bitterness finish.

Hazy golden color. Original aroma, perfumy, fruity (jam) and a bit herbal too. Good body, with a quite nice malt flavor and some nice yeast character. Strong hopping. Good.

colore d’orato buona schiuma persistente note mielose leggermente agrumate un poco di etilico non male bevuta anche alla spina al pub decisamente diversa e migliore forse c’e stato qualche cambiamento

Lightly hazy honey coloured ale. Slightly tart in the nose, but also quite honeyed. Kiwi and banana esters manage to peak through. Certainly Belgian influenced. Soft herbal noble hops. Loose cerealic malts fail at procuring any support to the flavours. Sandy, lightly earthy finish. Small bubbled, intense carbonation. Straightforward Belgian ale.
