Bottle at Brugs Beertje, Bruges. Very delicious, smooth blond beer - Saison like in it’s balance. Cake, wheat, tempered sweetness. Full flavoured and enjoyable.

Bottle. A gift from a trip to Belgium. Cloudy orange color with a foamy white head. A light fruit, apple, citrus, and bubble gum aroma. A dry and spicy flavor.

Draft. Cloudy yellow with a big yeasty citrus & coriander aroma. Banana and malty sweetness. Nice lacing throughout but a thin watery finish.

Draught

The beer pours a slightly hazy orange-yellow color with a smallish bright white head that is semi-creamy in texture, and the lace a rather thin veil to conceal the glass. Nose is somewhat sweet, orange peel and coriander along with a strong scent of yeast, citrus like crispness, start is sweet and sour, mild malt profile with a rather slender feel to the top. finish is persistent in its a acidity, the hops forthright and the aftertaste somewhat bitter, dry a bleached desert bone, a fair to middling beer, certainly not the best beer I've ever had from Belgium, but then not the worst either.

Bottle conditioned. Gold, moderate rocky white head, and good condition. Good honey aromas mixed with Pilsen like hops. More honey sweetness in the mouth, delicate hop flavour and a good yeastiness. Dry and pleasantly hop bitter in the finish, slight soapiness developing towards the end.

Hazy golden color; creamy head. Nice malty aroma; mature. Quite smooth, malty; dryer at the end, well balanced by the bitterness, but a light metallic note.

Pale gold colour with a rocky and frothy white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma, similar but not as enticing as Fin du Monde. Medium bodied to go with a citrus fruity and yeasty flavour.
