3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 womencantsail (3927) - Home of Rebecca Black, California, USA - MAY 31, 2011
A: The pour is a rather light golden/yellow color with a short lived white head.
S: A somewhat mild nose, but at least it’s not offensive. Floral and grassy hops with some nice pale malts and a light breadiness. There is definitely some corn and a hint of honey.
T: Overall, this is a pretty sweet beer. Pale and lightly bready malts with a nice hint of honey flavor. Some corn notes, but they’re subdued, and a moderate floral and citrus quality.
M: Light to medium in body with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Easily one of the highlights of the Babe’s lineup (that’s somewhat facetious).

For what this beer is trying to be, a thirst quenching ale as an alternative to BMC, it does a good job. It pours clear golden with little head. The flavor has a nice honey sweetness. It’s a very enjoyable session beer.

A style that several brewers are making as the Bud alternative. Clean malt, honey is not particularly forceful. Nice delicate hoppiness that creates a little spice, but not enough to scare off the whimps.
