Aroma is apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, pastry - everything you’d get in an apple pie - all very subtle though. Appearance is a deep cinnamon brown-red colour with not much head. Taste is awesome, heaps going on: everything is the nose is there but stronger, and the apple and pastry feature slightly more prominently. Palate has a mild bitterness and sweetness on the sides of the tongue. Nice beer!
