Not my thing. Aroma and taste is big on raspberries - but artificial like a nasty soft drink. Taste has sourness, but also tastes a bit oily. Peculiar. Bit of a novelty for me. Wouldn’t go for it again.

Decent, spongy, froth head, with a ruby red color. Aromas of ripe, sweetened raspberries, hints of yelly, you can almost sense the pits of the fruits. It begins with bready malt tones, joined by sweet, ripe raspberries. Then the carbonation carries pleasantly sour notes to the back of the palate, amongst a lively, refreshing note. This gets countered by an again sweeter impression, with syrupy fruitiness, which finishes with slightly fermented sourness. All in all, this beer is a little too sweet, and got its balance saved by the subtle fruity sourness and the metallic, high carbonation.

Bottle. Sample at Voldby Ølmesse 2014. Dark red/pinkish pour with a frothy head. Nose has loads of red berries and some light funk. Taste is sweet with raspberries and cherries. Pretty good but a tad too sweet.

From 375 ml paper-wrapped bottle. Pours a clear red-brown with a fluffy pinkish head and lively carbonation. Aromas of fresh raspberry, lemon and a hint of funk. Taste is dominated by lots of fresh raspberry. There’s a slight sour lemon/vinegar note towards the end. More raspberry in the aftertaste. Bit of a one-trick pony, but I love how it showcases the fruit. Very nice fruit beer

Bottle from local Marks & Spencer in Eastbourne. Pours out in a hazy ruby colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of raspberry syrup and ripe berries. Taste of mild but fresh raspberries and some dry, leavy hints. The sweetness is very nice-balalnced and there is also a light sourness in the background that won’t disturb anyone. Enjoyed it.
