Bottled 37.5 cl at 3 små rum, Göteborg, on February 5, 2016.
Clear brown color, small tan head. Sweet, almond paste, cherry scent. Sweet, cherries, light tart, some cherry seed/pip/stone taste, also tart cehrry to apples. Cherry aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness, but thereis some, likely more from cherry skin and stone than from hops?

bottle - Red pour with a big cherry aroma. It’s sweet with a lot of cherry flavor. A lot. It seems like a natural flavor though and it’s good and full. Slight tartness. It’s quite enjoyable, really.

Donkerrood bier met weinig schuim. Geur: zoet, ingelegde krieken. Smaak: zeer zoet, Maraschino kersen! Matige koolzuurprikkel Afdronk: kunstmatige (ersatz) suiker. Te serveren aan mensen die geen bier maar zoet en kunstmatig lusten. Zonde van de Bacchus!

Bottle, shared with Gripp brothers and others. Purplish pink, lively pink head. Aroma is big black cherry fruit, a bit of cork. Cherry juice palate, quite sugary actually, with just a kiss of tartness/light sourness. Too sweet for my taste.

Sample from a 37.5cl bottle (26 IX 2015), shared with De Meetjeslandse Bierproevers. I didn’t expect the beer to be this good. The view is nice too: Black and red coloured, with a yellow to brown foam. The nose has lots of chewing gum, cherries, raisins and dextrose. Making the flavours a bit artificial. Yet it is not a bad starter. With a medium sweetness and light sourness, this is a good sour red to drink along. The texture is creme-like, with a soft carbonation. Pretty nice beer.

Bottle split at the Fiddler, Den Hague, 26/09/15. Reddish amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is cherry skins, straw, sweet berry, pretty basic. Taste comprises cherry drops, straw, light yeast esters, cherry syrup. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, a tarte fruit edge finally comes into play at the curtain call. Wats is this ? My first sour red ? Way to sweet ... fruit bier garbage juice !

@ Bryssel 15-10-30: Riktigt sött med mycket körsbär, men även lite skollim. Lätt att dricka men inte fantastisk gott

A bit hazy dark red with a medium head. Really sweet with cherries, jam and some almonds.

Bottle at the Fiddler brewpub, Den Haag. Hazy deep cherry red beer, big fluffy pink head. Cherry - kirsch nose. Palate is airy and mildly crisp. Taste follows the nose adding jammy cherry, sweet cherry and marzipan. I found this pretty drinkable but other will have furrowed brows and mutters about sweetness.

Bottle shared at The Fiddler. Pours clear red brown with a small off white head. Aroma of marzipan and sweet cherries. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
