Bottle sampled at the Mead Mountain tasting on 1/8/11. Clear light yellow pour. Honey aroma with a bit of bread. Flavor is white grape, honey and an ever so slight hint of cocoa. I would not have picked out the cocoa without reading the label. This one also had a bit of subtle carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2011 Sample at the Mead Molehill tasting on 01/10/2011. Clear pale yellow color with a non-existent head and minimal lace. Aroma of honey nut cereal. Medium body with flavors of sweet grain, honey and chocolate (difficult to place until pointed out on the label). The finish is sweet with a honey aftertaste. Decent overall.
