On tap at Tippler’s Tap. Yet another IPA from one of the most prolific craft brewers in Australia. Honey amber colour with a white head that leaves a nice ring of foam on the glass. Full bodied in the mouth with aromas dominated by hops, pine needles and citrus. This beer went exceptionally well with my panko crusted onion rings as the hop flavours cut through the grease of the onion rings.
