COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A typical Flemish beer with a pleasant wine-like taste and a rich past. This dark brown beer, which is matured in oak casks, has a slightly acid aftertaste.

Bottle at Winking Lizard. The beer pours a ruby-brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart berries, yeast and bready malt. The finish is moderately tart with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Rossastra e frizzante, acidula e dolciastra al naso, setosa e vinosa al palato. Note di zucchero di canna, caramello, canditi, buccia di agrumi, sentori acetici. Piacevole ma non favolosa.

A beautiful umber liquid with a fizzy tan head says hello! Oak, vanilla, tart cherries, cranberry, red wine, licorice and milk chocolate comprise the aroma, the flavour being much the same with an enjoyable corny cereal note on the back end. Cheerily tart and refreshing, this ends with a sweet back end and beckons another sip. Not overly complex but very enjoyable all the same.

Bottle - Dark red color, head disappears quite fast. Strong aromas of red berries, grapes and malt. Light, champagne-like body with high carbonation. Apparently they added Stevia. Easy to drink and refreshing. Great!

Little on the nose and found it on the whole to be rather flat with little sourness.

Aroma is sweet malts, soured grapes, very light candy sugar, and light funk. Taste is very much the same with some tang and sour notes on the tip. Not too complex however. Appearance is a clear amber with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

From a 375ml bottle with no labels but wrapped in silk paper. Pours mahogany brown with a nice creamy head. Aroma of sour grapes and oak. Flavors of sour grapes, oak, and hints of vanilla. Wonderful sour notes, and balance of dry dark fruits. With a little and pleasant sour and dry fish. Creating a wonderful moment. Highly recommend.

Bottle at Brežiški Festival Piva. Pours a light brown color, chestnutty undertone, topped with a medium small tan colored head. Mild grape aroma, soury feel to it. Taste is exactly what the aroma narrates. Soury with fruits and grapes. Quite decent sourness but the good kinds. Very nice.

This is truly delectble. Tons of rich, caramel and acetic and sour notes. Big pour of slightly murky brown, burgundy, ruby and a head of slight off beige with a light carbonation. Sweet, bit of candied sugar. Aroma also has prunes, cherries and raisins. Tons of dried fruits, raisins, tart and sour notes, light acetic notes. Just a very nice, cozy brew.
