Bottle at some Latin-themed bar in London. Weak pale lager infused by a írumí flavour thatís mainly vanilla and chemicals. Couldnít finish it, though itís at least slightly nicer than Desperados.

A gold coloured beer with a weak white head. A musty, woody, vanilla essence with a hint of rum. Dry and thin mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a mild tang of orange, then a dry woody vanilla flavour comes through, bringing along a hint of maltiness, this is followed by a cough candy sweet rum flavour. The finish is thin and flavoured of rum.

Bottle. Clear pale body, almost like tea, no foam. Aroma has candi rhum like notes, reminds me of one local rhum imitiation called Tuzemak. Taste has high melasy sweetness, with like plastic-woody notes to it. Little bit oxidized. Body is full, high carbonation.

From 0,33l bottle. Pours clear golden liquid, minimal white head, Aroma: rum, sweets, wood, Taste: medium sweet, light bitter, dry, rum, sweets, caramel, euro pale lager flavor, Palate: light body, slick texture, average carbonation, abrupt sweet finish, Overall: interesting as a drink, as a beer, its cheap.

0.33l bottle. This is a clear one, golden in color and it has a small white softly lacing head on the top. Nose vise this has that sweet butterscotch thing to the max. Hints of both sweet vanilla and slightly sickening corn. Yeah, now that I see that itís rum based, I actually agree to an extend. Oh, itís really vanilla sweet this! Could use this as an alternative to vanilla extract. More sweet butterscotch and traces of wood. It has a growing oily feeling in the mouth this. To my surprise the sweetness is actually tolerable after a few sips, but I wonít be finishing my bottle. By far. 03.08.2014

Sweet, lime aroma. False citrus, boiled corn taste. Very sweet and some chemical added, which should be a rum flavor.

If rum tastes like plastic then this is the McCoy! Otherwise this is a drink that tastes like plastic, but with an Orange slice, which I added as per the label. This was cheap, I expected it to be nasty. It was and is a drink that you should avoid. It is particularly foul.

Aroma: Medium-high spiced rum, vanilla, oak, No malt or hops, but it can be easily hidden in a Premium American Lager. Very sweet Appearance: Clear gold body. Small frothy, white head. Good retention. Flavour: Medium-high rum and vanilla. The vanilla is quite strong, giving the beer and almost "Creme Soda" taste. Very sweet, Light bitterness, Lingering sweetness. Very little beer flavours. Mouthfeel: Light body, medium-high carbonation. Overall: Quite interesting, but I would considering lowering the vanilla quite a bit. The run is there, but it gets masked by the vanilla. I expected the vanilla to be reminiscent of oak, not an aggressive aroma and flavour of a Creme Soda! Soda like sweetness makes this beer unpleasant. 330ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 23. Specialty Beer 1C. Premium American Lager

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malt. The flavour is medium sweet with a sweet caramel malt, light fruit palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. A real sweetie. Iíve tasted worse beers.

330ml bottle as a gift:
Very strong aroma thatís bad with lots of skunk& off-notes filling the room with some sweetness if you really try to detect it . Some lime comes through too but these smells are soon followed by what I can only assume is rum (or rum flavouring of some sort) & itís pretty poor. The may also be some burnt sugar in there but in truth this beer smells terrible.
Unbelievably clear looking, slightly amber tinged straw that looks like the beer has been diluted in water. The head is a 1cm, foamy white affair that holds better than youíd expect.
Taste only slightly better than it smells, & only just. Faint sweetness initially before the rum flavours & burnt sugar take over. Tonnes of skunk & off-flavours with some vanilla, corn & rubbish bitterness coming through.
Light bodied, lots of skunk with some sweetness & hints of bitterness. A lot of carbonation but isnít quite gassy or overdone & the finish is a sharp, dry one.

A horrible beer from beginning to end, this one was a hard drink to swallow and one that I couldnít finish in the end. The taste, not to mention the smell, was all over the place and ended up tasting like a chemistry experiment gone wrong.
