COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ein Bier für besondere Anlässe. Bernsteinfarben schimmert es im Maßkrug auf dem Dorfener Volksfest. Sein Geschmack von Malzaromen und feiner Hopfenbittere macht es vollmundig rund. Eine lange, kalte Lagerung macht unser Festbier weich und sehr süffig. Stammwürze 13.3 %.

Bottle: Deep golden, clear, stable off-white head, moderate sweetish-toasty nose, not much hoppiness detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, let’s say medium bodied; slightly hoppier in the short malty-grainy finish. Unspectacular.....

(bottle, 5.7% abv) Clear, light-amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Cara-malty and slightly nutty aroma with herbal and subtle fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly cara-malty base with notes of draff, accompanied by herbal and slightly fruity hops; moderately sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish, again with more or less subtle fruity accents. Very easy-going Festbier with present aroma hops. 13.XI.11
