12Oz can in Alabama while fishing at Dream Lake The IPA poured a cloudy light amber with an off white head. There was nice citrus bitterness on the nose. You taste the grapefruit rind and a slightly biscuity malt character that make the ale interesting. It was great ale to have after fishing for large mouth bass all day. The ale had a medium body with average carbonation. In the back, hop bitterness takes hold, inducing a lasting dry swallow.

Bottle. Orange-tangerine malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet-sharp orange/grapefruit, malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body and balance. Excellent.

Bottle: Hazy, amber-gold with a huge, whipped, off-white head. Orange, grapefruit, pine aroma. Flavour is juicy, creamy orange malt,....sweet... Almost a bit of Saison-like yeasty/funky thing happening..... Light, soft...Delicious....a great beer.

Poured a golden color from the bottle with aromas of light pine, malt, and some summer fruit. Flavors matched the aromas, crisp, must have been a fresh bottle, enjoyed this one in Georgia.

Golden pour from 12oz bottle at the Pink Pony. Nutty aroma? Bitter. Has a malty flavor to it. A little citrus. Interesting. I like it overall

Bottle sample at Top of the Hops Biloxi. Clear bright golden yellow color. Aroma is lightly fruity. Taste is bitter summer fruit.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass at the TacoMac in Douglasville, GA. The beer has a pale yellow color with a really great aroma. The flavor brings a slight citrus flavor with a little bit of hoppiness. I really like this beer and I recommend that you try it if you can find it.

Pleasant piney hop aroma that does not deliver on the taste. Earthy, cellar-like tones take the center stage and is not helped by the flat mouthfeel. A mixed experience.

Rated base on notes taken 9 Feb 2012 -- A crisp refreshing beer. Not bad from my first try of Alabama beer.
