Golden with dense white head. Sweet malty nose and a hint of citrus. Decent hop bite, dry, malt is light in flavor and lacking in body. Decent looking, good hope flavor but lacks malt profile. On tap at Zazu in Auburn, AL.

Fresh bottle thanks to Jason & Trip, Thanks! Golden pour with a nice white head. Neat carbonation. A bit of bread and caramel in the otherwise floral and citrus noted aroma. Soft hops right there at the beginning of the taste. Grains moving to a pillow, yes a pillow, of spicy, pine hops. Only at the end does the bitter set in with a final lingering hoppy finish. Soft round mouthfeel with a light to medium body. This is truly the best bottle of this if had. Who says freshness makes no difference...

12oz bottle. Rating #51. Medium golden pour with a slight haze and a pretty big white head and some decent lacing. Very light aroma, a touch of hops and some malt. Flavor is pretty mild although it did have a nice hop bite that came through in the finish. (1573)

Draft at Pine Bar in Montgomery. Very light golden anger with a firm head. My initial impression is heavy on the malt. The beer does have a nice creamy consistency and a moderately bitter finish, but this is outside the expected range of an APA. (#4083, 2/26/2010)

Thanks goes out to the guy who looked at the label and thought " i wanna bbq that fuckin naked pig (and not bbq that pig fuckin naked)..", Lou!! .. . Pours a deep tan, with fantastic foam features.. . has a complex mouth for a pale ale- biscuit, light resin, light hoppy syrup, and pig dreams .. .man, i wish i had actually gotten naked for this beer- be one with the pig, oh well- next time .. . I really dig this, a great session and a great beer to come out and give alabama a push into the craft beer scene! .. .
He’s not gonna pork her, Russ.

This medium-golden ale comes with a hint of lime along with its grassy aroma. It has a well-rounded taste with all the elements in good balance, including its medium texture. A good pale ale, drinkable without effort – thanks to Brian Bearden for the gift bottle.

Bottle from brentfeesh. Thanks Brent! Appearance is a translucent copper with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is very hoppy. Taste is not quite as hoppy as the aroma but still has a nice refreshing flavor. Finish is hops and a bit of bread. All in all this is a great pickup if you have the opportunity.
