3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper with a small white head that leaves a bit of spotty lacing. Aroma of honey, soap, wheat, biscuit, and light malt. Taste is sweet honey, tangy citrus hops (orange and tangerine), toasty malt, caramel, a bit of nuttiness, wheat, white bread, graham cracker, and biscuit. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation, short and dry finish of malt and honey. Overall an easy drinker and pretty tasty!

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Looks like a good brown ale, but doesn’t taste nearly as good as it looks. I don’t get any sweetness or extra alcohol I’d expect for a honey beer. If there are some bittering hops, incant really pick them out - but there is a distinct earthy flavor. Overall, not great.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz Can at Dream Lake in Alabama The ale poured a light brown color with off white head with lacing. The nose detects a hint of honey and caramel. The honey adds some softness to the ale that is very pleasant. The ale had medium body with average carbonation. The straight forward , sessionable swallow wraps up with a nice honey finish.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear light brown color with off-white head. Caramel malt and a weird floral note on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet and floral.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Old rating. Amber colored. Heavy on malt and caramel. Honey adds a bit of sweetness. A bit cloying and heavy overall, for being a brown ale.
