"Bottle label states Koza Brada Bock, a tamed down version of their Aviator. Brown sugar aroma with raisin and toffee. Burnt sienna in color, thin tan head and spotty lacing. Medium bodied, nicely balanced and very clean. Light toast with figs and molasses to boot. Could be more robust, but all in all a solid bock."

bottle from citywide. just sittin here drinkin this beer on my couch. Seems nice enough. Aroma is a dough bready cinnomon toast crunch with some wet dog brown sugar. flavor follows suit. flavorful and doughy.

Bottle: This has a clear light amber body with a huge crusty head. No lacing. There’s an odd floral aroma over some faint generic malt scents. Thin but well carbonated. It has a malty sweetness, but there’s and off tartness near the finish. Maybe some earthy hops, too. Bock? Pours a hazy light amber color with a white head. Aroma is light malt, some tartness, and a hint of sour apple. Flavor is sour fruit, and a tart finish.

Koza Brada Bock. Moderate malty aroma. Light chocolate aroma. Moderate floral hop aroma. Amber color, clear. Light off-white head low head retention and light lacing. Sour, acidic initial flavor dominates the low malt backgound. Hop bitterness struggles against the sour signs of an infection that hopefully, has not run rampant throughout the brew house. Light body, smooth mouthfeel. Sour finish.

Koza Brada Bock: Pours a hazy copper bronze with clingy, thin off-white head. Aroma of sweet crystal malt with some tart notes. Starts with a fizzy acidity and a touch of sweetness, but an obvious infection. Would be nice to try a non-infected bottle.

Bottle, Koza Brada Bock. Strong spicy aroma took me by surprise. A good deal of sweet malt there mixing strangely with grass. Clear orange-amber body with a large soapy eggshell head. Sour, lightly acidic beginning, floral fruits at the front of the wave with faint bitterness and caramel toward the end. Doesn’t quite veer to metallic. Medium-thin body. Some work to be done here.
