COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A brand new recipe including Columbus and Chinook hops. A increase in the malt as well with a ABV of 7.3%. You say you like Hops? Lets just see if you can handle this! Our IPA (Indiana Pale Ale) has enough hops to float a battleship. Let the resiny grapefruit-like hop flavor and aroma stimulate the senses and smack your buds. This beer style is extremely high in hop flavor and aroma, not to mention alcohol.

Clear, light amber pour. Soapy white head. Aroma has some funky, feet, spicy hops, soapy notes. Flavor is bitter, toasted malt, some alcohol is noticeable.

good beer worth trying. Poured cloudy. Bad head. But tastes good. Good ABV. Unfiltered and no glass lacing. I would have to try a fresh one to really know how good or bad it is.

Pour from a 12 oz bottle. SLightly cloudy brew with thinning off white head. Great hoppy aroma - lots of crist citurs and floral hops. Taste is very hops forward with excellent complety and flavor. Fine lingering finsih. Good palate and overall, very well crafted. Damn good - this will be a regular on my trips through Indiana.

"Orange and grapefruit aromas with an overall floral quality. Marmalade colored body with lots of floaties, white head and decent lacing. Nice and bitter with a dry finish. Mild pine and citrus as well as a biscuit flavor...overall it’s fairly dull for an IPA. Nothing shocking and it has an odd bitter bite to it."

12oz bottle acquired in trade with shawnm213 (thanks!). Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with a larger sized off white head. Some lacing left on the glass. Aromas of floral hops, earthiness, and pine. Tastes of citrus, pine, some toastiness, and a trace of caramel.

Bottle courtesy of shawnm213. Pours copper with some haze and a thin white head. Smells of resin, citrus, resiny, spicy, earthy. Tastes of pepper, earth, some astringent hints, some spice on the finish.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow orange with a thin head. Citrus pine and pale malts in the nose and flavor. Malts are pretty light and seems to be a similar bill to their house beer and APA. Moderate bitterness. Nothing too special but decent beer, and probably their best one on.

Pours a nice light almost reddish orange amber with disappearing white head. The aroma is very nice - lots of resiny, citrusy, earthy hops with a bit of sweet malt. The flavor is lightly sweet, and dominated by bitter, earthy, citrusy hops with a bitter hop aftertaste. The mouthfeel is moderate. This is a very fine IPA, nice and strong on the hops in aroma and flavor. I could drink this often.
