COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American style Pale is brewed with an abundance of Cascade Hops. Who could resist it’s assertive bitterness and distinctive aroma? This medium bodied golden Ale is a favorite to many.

Tap @ Vista location. Poured a clear light copper with an off-white head. Some citrus hops mixed with light malt in the aroma. Citrus and earthy hop flavor that rides on top of a bland malt.

A: The pour is a clear golden color with a white head that recedes somewhat quickly. S: The aroma has a decent hoppiness to it. Some mild grapefruit and orange notes and a slight bit of pine. The rest of the nose is made up of caramel malts. T: The flavor is about what you would expect from the aroma. A bit of citrus on the front with the caramel malt doing the majority of the work. The finish has a nice bitterness to it. M: The mouthfeel was a touch thin and watery and the carbonation was appropriate. D: Another easy to drink pale ale (as if there weren’t enough of them). I wasn’t totally crazy about the beer, but with some pizza, it’s wouldn’t be a bad pint to have.

Nice tart citrus hop aroma. Some lemon, some orange, and some grapefruit. Pours gold with a nice fluffy white head. A nice balance between citrus hops and sweet bready malt. Some lemon notes as well. Not overly carbonated. Pretty cmooth. It finishes nice.

Had at Vista California after real ale fest, very tight and astringent which believe it or not was ery pleasing after all the malty goop at real ale fest, very bitter with a great clean crips flavor in the endo.

tap at La Quinta brewpub: this was their best offering IMO. It had more flavor than the IPA. Citrusy and grapefruity hops with usual notes of caramel. An enjoyable APA.

Light amber color with smallish head. Aroma of light caramel. Flavor had a light bitterness to it and a disgusting bitter aftertaste, like dishwater.

Light amber pour with a quickly fading head. Good floral nose. First sip reveals light citrus notes with a clean finish.
