Draft at La Qunita Branch. Deep Yellow with a very nice head. Aromas were classic hops. Sweet grapefruit and grass. Flavors followed suit. Just a little watery, I thought. But still a very good IPA.

tap at La Quinta brewpub: was this an IPA or what? Yellowish amber body. Aroma was light grapefruity hops. Barely any caramel balance but that didn’t matter. This was so bland. I don’t know how this qualified as an IPA, it was more like an amber ale. Even the bartender admitted that this wasn’t a really aggressive version.
