An enchanting deep copper, German style amber ale, altbier was once the mystical domain of a handful of brewpubs in the Dusseldorf area of Germany.From this legacy, rises our NightStalker with an unassuming, quiet bouguet and full body that grabs you with it’s hoppy flavor. Had this beer on 3/9/1998. Color is a rich amber brown with a nice carbonation and good head. Aroma is a rich malt scent with very little hop tone in it. As for taste, it’s a smooth drinkable beer with a slightly sharp nip on the end that lets you know it is there. It starts with a malty medium body then goes down fairly smooth, having only the slightest bite, and finishes clean leaving you with a mild yet sharp bitterness
