GABF 2010. Pours clear gold with a large, creamy beige head, high retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie), toasted), heavy hops (floral, citrus), and average esters (apple/pear). Flavor is average malt (bread, cookie, toasted), heavy hops (floral, citrus, spicy), average esters (apple/pear) with notes of peach. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation, low creaminess with a dry finish.
