Tap at Falling Rock - light copper - creamy mouthfeel - very mild flavor of cane sugar, watered down honey, light floral character - thin flavor let a lot of alcohol through - peppery hops in the finish - bland.

tap. golden amber pour with frothy white head. effervecant. lemon, hops and malt aroma. spicy, lemon wheat and a little sour. bitter finish.

Draught. Pours hazy pale yellow with a patchy white head that mostly fades, spotty lacing. Aroma is floral spiced and fruity hops, honey, mild citrus and faint malt. Honey malt, orange citrus flavor, medium bitterness and acidtity, sweet wheat finish. Light bodied and creamy palate.
