A tasty Oktoberfest beer. Good malt flavor, very crisp and clean. I like it. Could drink a few.

On tap @ Backcountry poured a clear amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of carmel, toasted malt and light fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel and light fruittiness with a smooth lightly sweet finish.

on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is medium fruit, medium malt. Taste is medium fruit, medium malt-caramel, faint spice hops. OK/mild carbonation.

Draft, Brew at the Zoo Benefit in Denver. Poured a clear orange color. Head was thin and off white. Aroma was of cereal grain and spicy malt. Slight sweet on the tongue with a malt dominated flavor profile including caramel and toasted bread. There was also a subdued dried fruit note and mild bitterness.

tap during octoberfest celebration. live music and raffles. celebrating 10 years of business. congrats. beautiful copper pour. nice clarity, thin soapy head. burnt malts, floral hops and sourness in the aroma. powerful caramel malts followed by sourness and ends in a dry bitter finish. roasted falvor, maple, nice carbonation. sugar peaks around occassionally. not bad.

Draft 6 oz’er at the brewpub: Decidedly apple character. Still has a steady caramel malt body and a standard fest appearance. Right down the center fo the o-fest target area.
