It is light in color, body, and alcohol. We use a very special fermentation routine to give this beer an exceptionally smooth flavor, and just the right amount of noble hops for a balanced yet distinctive hop character.

On tap at Backcountry. Pours light golden with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of pilsner malt, lagering action. Taste is of pils malt, some nice bitterness, slight metal. Palate: Good balance, high carbonation. Overall: Surprisingly good pils. Nothing off. nice one. I don’t really get why the ratings here are so low. Lots of them are old so I’m gonna guess there have been major improvements. Nice!

Bottle - clear gold - minimal, soapy lace - overall weak and messy - aroma is highly acidic and a little starchy, with slightly sourish malt character - flavor is sweet, but with a sharp acidity, bland malt character, moderate but kind of dull hoppiness - a bit of chalk, starch, corn - moderately sour finish - lame.
