COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is light in color, body, and alcohol. We use a very special fermentation routine to give this beer an exceptionally smooth flavor, and just the right amount of noble hops for a balanced yet distinctive hop character.

   AROMA 3/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 3/10   PALATE 2/5   OVERALL 7/20
3fourths (8023) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 18, 2013
Bottle. Clear gold with light effervescence and a short white head. Powerful DMS aroma of concrete mix, cooked cabbage, cosmetics / makeup, turnips and other root vegetables and a distinct calcium / antacid yeast dirtiness. Light body, bland and stale pale malt flavor with no hop vibrancy and seemingly no freshness. Soap. Lightly sweet, highly acidic with medium bitterness. Very dirty, chalky and just a tad bit sulfuric. Another carelessly made American pilsner.
