COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is light in color, body, and alcohol. We use a very special fermentation routine to give this beer an exceptionally smooth flavor, and just the right amount of noble hops for a balanced yet distinctive hop character.

Pour on tap at the brewery is clear yellow with white head, aroma brought notes of soapy and unclean hop notes, hints of biscuit and cracker, touch of grass. Taste brings more of the soap, grass from the hops, touch of biscuit, finishing fairly sweet.

Shaker pint draft at the brew pub in Frisco, Colorado. Pour is a lightly hazed golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light cereal grain along with some lemon citrus sweetness. Subdued nose. Taste is the cracker malt up front with the sweet lemon and a very mild herbal element in the back. Taste is clean, though like the nose, muted. Palate is medium to thin bodied, clean finish, somewhat lower carbonation. Decent Pils, clean, nothing offensive.

bomber fresh from the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy hops, some lemongrass, honey. Medium bodied, and pretty smooth, a bit chewier than normal for a pils, kind of creamy. Flavor is spicy corn, kind of with a sweet buttery aspect, and has a grassy, dry finish. Overall very nice and sessionable, a good pils, ratings don’t do it justice on here.

Tap at the brewery. Quite light yellow and clear in appearance. Smooth light malts with a touch of hops in the nose. Clean, smooth Pils flavor tahrs closer to a German Pils than a Czech Pils. Not a ton of flavor but very smooth and drinkable.

Sampled at the CBF2010. Yellow/ gold pour with a straw and pine aroma. Crisp pine finish. It was rather good.

I’m not really blown away by pilsners and this one was no different. The color was really light and so was the taste. A little bit of hops and a little bit of character in the taste.

Pours light golden with a lightly receding white head. Notes of toasted malt, cookie, and herbal hop. Medium bodied, light resinous with lively carbonation.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a thick but short lived white head, over a clear pale yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose of light hop spice, bit of bread, hint of corn....taste initially is light sweet malts, balanced by light hop bitterness, finishing with a metallic off flavor....mouth feel is light and watery. This does not have the hop spice, finishing hop flavor, including bitterness, nor the mouth feel that would score it higher. It has the semblance of the right characteristics, but is light across the board.

Medium yellow in color with a soapy white head coating the sides of the glass. It smells hoppy and slightly malty. Mouthfeel is light and easy but dangerously close to watery, taste is a little earthy and not much else. This would be decent for shotgunning outside the ballgame, not that I do that sort of thing. Draft at the brewery. Pours a honey colored notch over pale yellow. Grassy, straw floral aroma. Taste is more of the same with some light honey sweetness. Decent pils
