Clear copper, excellent permanent head (nitro). Sweet apples, fairly smooth with a lingering light bitterness that faintly tastes of creosote.

On tap at the Backcountry Brew Pub. Poured a medium copper color with a frothy off white head. On Nitro. Aromas and tastes of toffee, fruity, citrus and light roast. Smooth body that was definitely a product of the Nitro.

tap. nitro. copper pour with a classic english cream ale rising head. huge head that leaves a mustache. cirtrus hops and musky earth aroma. creamy mouth of lemon grass, mild perfume hops. mellow roasted malts. alcohol well hiden. descent but seems incomplete.
