COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reminiscent of a German Oktoberfest. Deep copper color and medium body are complimented by subtle spiciness from noble variety hops.

On tap at the adirondack hotel. Light colored for something named amber. Pleasant floral nose. Okay. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour on tap at the brewery was clear orange-red with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, sour grain, hints of biscuit and earth notes, touch of grass in there as well. Taste is bit off, the sourness overtakes a bit, some mineral notes come through, touch of sweet biscuit finishes fairly clean. Just ok.

Pint glass draft in the bar area at the Blue Spruce in Frisco, Colorado. The pour is a darker golden, clear, with a lighter tan head. The aroma is a nice toasty malt, clean and mildy sweet. The taste is the gentle caramel toasted malt of the nose predominately, along with a floral, very light citrus hoppiness. The finish is smooth, and lightly mineral. The palate is light to medium bodied, perfect carbonation and the crisp clean finish. Nicely drinkable Amber Lager.

bomber fresh from brewery. Pours deep golden amber with pretty nice light beige head. Aroma of sweet wet leaves, some bubblegum, definitely caramel. Medium bodied, smooth, creamy. Flavor of earthy caramel with minimal hop activity. Definitely does drink like a marzen, so I think it is miscategorized and underrated on here, really not bad. I mean I don’t know if they’ve improved their recipe in comparison to alot of ratings on here, but I’ve drank alot of beers, and what I’m drinking is pretty damn good.

Not exactly an amber, the description is exactly right. Perfect for the eve of Oktoberfest! Bomber from Antler’s in Frisco, CO. Pours a light orangey copper, clear, with a thin off-white soapy head. Aroma is mild and bready, but a little too subdued. Flavor is an uptick, with a good malt base, a bit of fruity brightness, caramel, and some earthy spice (not bitterness) from hopping. Easy-drinking session, with a pleasing light creamy finish.

Has a reddish color with tints of brown. The aroma and taste really aren’t that great, but I had to give it a try.

Bottle from bleeng
Pours like ice tea with an aroma of bready, malty nut roast. Flavor is plastic bready malt with a melon bread finish. Average mouthfeel. Too bready.

Man I wish I had not bought this beer just because I liked the IPA. The color was a nice amber (surprise!) and the smell was a little funky. I couldn’t put my finger on why but it was off. The taste was very grainy and unpleasant. Very close to being a drain pour. Bottle was marked to enjoy by 04/2007 so I thought I would be ok. Maybe it went bad? Sampled at Oct Houston RB tasting bottle thanks to me. Clear bright gold. Very malty with a light hop profile. Very sharp and difficult to get down. Not that good.
