Mar 24, 2003 Virtually no head. Body is hazy dark yellow, dense tiny particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of orange and lemon. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.

Sep 24, 2006 Draft 6 oz’er at the brewpub: Very active yellow beer with a big white head and the aroma of a melted creamsicle. This drinks milky and very biscuity for a wheat beer, giving it more of a cream ale character.

Jul 22, 2006 This was just not a well made beer at all. Smells, kind of funky and sweaty, from whatever type of spiciness was being used. LIght yeastiness, with very little residual flavor left over.
