COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Convergence is our interpretation of the classic Belgian Saison style. It is brewed with a huge amount of rye malt, which adds another dimension to the spicy character imparted by the yeast we use. We also add our home made Belgian Candi sugar which enhances the beer’s color, as well Though Saison is typically a summer beer, Convergence is always in season.

Lemon, grass, and a little sour funk in the aroma. Flavor is sweet and smooth, with candy sugar, bread, spice, and fruit. Citrus, more spice, and a little grassy bitterness in the finish. I thought this was way better than the rating indicates. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught @ Noho Brewfest: This one poured a cloudy, golden color. There was a small white head that leaves some lacing. It has a nice nose. Some spices, earthiness, yeast, citrus and wheat. The taste is also very good. Wheat, spiciness, citrus, some sweetness and dryness. A nice saison.

22oz bottle pours a hazy orange with some creamy, white head. Nose of sugar, tropical fruit, some spice, pineapple, lemon. Flavor is the same, sweet, sugary, tropical fruit, candy, grapefruit. Sweet finish.

22 oz bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a steady stream of bubbles making their way from bottom to top. Two finger frothy white head with minimal lace. Lots of citrus on the nose with a peppery spice. Flavor is mildly fruity with a light sweetness. Hints of Belgian yeast, coriander and white pepper. Light and bubbly palate with a dry finish.

Local brewery that I want to like but dont really. Very boring saison with some candy sweetness and a boozy finish. Too much sweetness and not enough character to the saison yeast. Really missing spicyness or any yeast ester characteristics.

Just a normal Saison, it just of sucks, a little boozy which is unacceptable in a Saison oh well

Bomber. Bought in P-Town, drank at home. Bottled 6/12. Pours a clear pale yellow. Huge billowy head, very active carbonation rising from the bottom of my glass. The aroma is funky and musty, with lemon zest, yeast, and spice. Lighter bodied, high carbonation, yeasty esters, coriander, white pepper, fresh mown grass, finishes dry with dusty spicy hops. A very good saison.
