COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Groundswell is our Blond ale brewed in the Belgian style. We brew her with 4 different varieties of malt which results in a golden color and smooth mouth-feel. Subtle yet complex flavor components include pilsner malt sweetness, fruity yeast esters and citrus notes from the addition of Indian coriander.

On draft at Mead Hall. Found this one to be lacking somewhat especially when compared to some of the other Belgian Ales that I have recently been tasting.

Interesting aroma: fire-toasted marshmallows, some smoke too (not smoked malt or wood though). Notes of lemon citrus on the palate, some yeast too. Not much here tbh.

Fruity aroma, almost like white wine. A little funky with lively carbonation. Apricot in the flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
