Cask @ The Moon Under Water, Wolverhampton after watching Derren Brown. Light and exceedingly hoppy with a fresh whisper of lemon. Clean, easy-drinking, tasty blonde.

Cask conditioned handpump Cherry Reds Birmingham 25/11/13. A bright gold coloured beer with a tight white head. A bit of insipid lemony hopping. Creamy. Not my thing in the mouth at all. Nose is grassy and flowery. A bit odd really.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120808]

Hand pulled at Actress and Bishop, Birmingham. Golden, hazy. Smooth, feintly tedious. Some wallpaper, don’t dry, milky bran, creamed into papery wheat flecked UK hop. Clean, well balanced, but not a flavour I would commit crimes for (murder etc).

Handpull, The Felix, Nuneaton, 26/02/13. Slim-topped brilliant gold. Herbal, lemony, slightly smoky aroma. Soft, flowery, unusual with a delicate rauch-like streak; tangerine, a finishing lemon icing sweetness. Rather good.

Bottle. My first beer for christmas night 2012. Golden and clear with a small head. Citrus and hoppy. Pleasant.

Cask at the Fountain Inn, Walsall. Poured a crystal clear medium straw colour. The aroma is of citrus and pine as advertised. The flavour is weak bitter which does linger on the palate for a while. Carbonation is low. It’s a drinkable session blonde, but the flavour is weak and needs more body IMO.

GBBF. Light haze on this pale gold beer, little white head. A little lemon and marmalade citrus. Fairly dry finish. Decent enough!

Cask@GBBF2012. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, fruity and some mild earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, foral, wooden and quite nice. Long hoppy aftertaste.
