Bomble Bee 17 turned out pretty much how we wanted a pilsener style lager from our backyard brewery to be. Golden colour and a pearly white head. Elegant dry body and a refreshing bitterness. But then, while lagering, our brewmaster chose to bombard the brew with hops to give the beer its final profile. Grassy Saaz battling Flowery Willamette for your nose’s attention. We call it a Hop-Struck Pilsener.

@ Havregatan.

Can courtesy of Barry, cheers Barry consumed Wednesday 12th October 2016 Pours light/mid gold with a filmy white head, mid sweetness, hoppy bite. Decent beer but as Barry suggests this could have been a bit colder. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Can. Bronze with a small head. Hardly any defining flavour although if you tried hard enough you could perhaps taste a hops. What does this bring to the world of beer-nothing.
