COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bomble Bee 17 turned out pretty much how we wanted a pilsener style lager from our backyard brewery to be. Golden colour and a pearly white head. Elegant dry body and a refreshing bitterness. But then, while lagering, our brewmaster chose to bombard the brew with hops to give the beer its final profile. Grassy Saaz battling Flowery Willamette for your nose’s attention. We call it a Hop-Struck Pilsener.

has something different in the taste but nothing special. Don’t really see where the hoppy part is. But good overall. At clarion hotel.

33cc PET-bottle from SB 150630. 4.7%abv. Pours a clear golden amber with a firm lacing white head. Malty nose with weak citrus. Bittersweet taste with bread and malt and very non-floral hoppiness. Can easily live without this beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml can from a local B&M Bargain store: poured into a Duvel glass on 10th June 2015. Amber and clear body, the head a full off-white uneven blanket of foam. Hops rule the nose and taste with a good bitter feel to the whole brew. Floral and earthy notes in both the aroma and flavour, decent beer compared to it’s Lawn Mower stable mate, even if it has a strange dry metallic finish.

Interesting brew with a heavy dry bitterness from start through finish that overshadows everything else. Crisp and clean.

04.06.2015. 0,33l PET Bottle. Golden yellow colour with white head. Almost clear. Aroma of ligth grassy hops. Floral with good bitterness. Nice flavours of floral hops. Smooth. For a premium lager I think this one was pretty good!!

Ambar clara. Dos dedos de espuma que aguanta hasta el final. Aroma eminentemente malteado. En boca cambia, con predominio lupulado, muy afrutado. Seca, muy seca. Pero se deja beber. Apreciable.

Mjuk munkänsla, något syrlig eftersmak. Milda behagliga smaker, inslag av honung. Ljus koppargul färg.

Can from B&M Bargains. Pours amber with some fading off white froth. The taste is reasonably hoppy for a lager. Bitter with citrus and some metallic notes. Maybe a hint of pine. Not too bad.
