330ml box from Systembolaget. Big white frothy head. Clear amber body. Malt dominated aroma. Very metallic taste. Not something I would buy again.

stravale (2315) - Near Carrick-on-Shannon, IRELAND - JAN 21, 2015
Can from Tesco Enniskillen [190115]
Amber, clear, frothy white head
Aroma of soft sweet pale malts, light grain, dab of corn
Taste of sweet pale malts, soft grain, touch of corn, soft bitter hops, slight citrus but hardly any Cascade hop
Palate - Medium carb, light body, light sweet. Finish as main flavour.
Overall - Better than a macro lager, but not by much. No point using Cascade etc. hops if hardly any are put in

Can from the Head of Steam Newcastle. Expected something quite interesting but it's a bit bland. Fairly standard lager, although quite well balanced. Refreshing at least

rosenbergh (7509) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 31, 2014
330 ml can. BB 27/Aug/14. (Systembolaget) Luleå, Sweden.
Clear deep golden colour with some tiny particles floating around in the glass. Sweetness, some sugary notes and malt in the aroma. The flavour is fruit tea, sweetness, mild hops and malt. Not bad. The design of the can is so American style. When I first saw the can I thought now I’m gonna get some great IPA. I was wrong.

Canned (backlog, thanks CueSheet!). Pale golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is mild floral notes along with a bunch of grass, herbs and some bready malts. Flavour is floral, grassy, herbal, bready malts along with some sweetish malts as well. Fresh, and slightly better than bulk lagers.
