It’s fiercly bitter thanks to generous amounts of zeus, cascade and amarillo hops. But the bitterness is balanced by a large amber red body built by pilsener, caramel and münchener malts. The result is a beer that is interesting, but won’t wear out your taste buds. That’s ”sessionability”.

Taste: The Lawn Mover has a loud noisy body combined with a fresh hoppiness making it refreshingly sessionable.

330 ml can. Amber and crystal clear. Medium-sized fine off-white head. Grassy clean hop aroma. Light bodied lager. Easy on the malts, but has a light nutty malt flavour. Easy drinking amber lager.

Can, 330 ml, from a local fish restaurant. Pours clear, dark-ish amber with lots of visible carb and a half finger of white head which doesn’t stick around long. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, grass, resin, little bit of tropical fruit - all quite subdued though. Taste is quite watery though there’s some honey malt, orange, and a slight hint of tropical fruit floating around in there alongside the generic lager/pilsner taste. Thin and watery on the palate, though the carb adds some sharpness. Comes across like a dry-hopped generic lager overall - not unpleasant but there’s better "craft" lagers around.

Can from Booths, Media City. Golden with no head. Has a regular lager malt nose, with some of this in its taste, but there is a mild floral hoppiness that offers some character.

Can from Craft Beer Rising 2016, yellow-amber with a white foam and a toasty orange and lightly corny nose, caramel and toasted malt, light bodied with some peppery hoppiness and a moderate herbal bitterness. A little too sweet in the finish.

When you pour it up so it is a bit reddish in color. Medium bubbles in the foam disappears gradually soon, leaving almost nothing left. The foam is white. The fragrance has some low malty tones. Seems a bit småsöt with elements of different fruits. Some brödig with bitter orange and grapefruit, some grass in the background. Do some bitter tones come. The foam has a slightly malty flavor and is quite tame njaaa with a untss, the foam disappears little soon to be tasted properly. In a first sip it is not bad indeed, surprising. You know of them malty tones more now, there are also some nice hop flavor. Tastes a little bread and small toasted sugar. There is little berry flavor and a slightly caramel. Is a hint of a slight bitterness at the end where you feel a little dried fruits. Unfortunately, after a while the beer some degree warmer and then disappear most of taste

330ml can from Ocado. Clear golden amber colour with a thin white head, disappearing fast. Aroma is grassy, and a little metallic almost. Flavour is also slightly metallic, grainy, some malt, and a light bitterness to it. Drinkable, but bland, lacking something...

Can at Bourbon St. Clear pale amber with a white head. Aroma medium malty (caramel) and hoppy (grass, floral). Flavor medium sweet and bitter, spicy notes. Medium body.

Can at Wild Lime, Reading. Deep gold with a white head and a soft fizz. Quite smpoth for a lager. There’s some soft sweet malt and a hint of grassy malts but they’re rather lost against the dust, metal and long-dead hops. The flavours are light though, and overall it’s rather bland and thin. An industrial macro lager in fancy (or not so much) packaging. Poor.

Can. Pours a clear pale amber colour with a thick, fizzy off white head. Aroma of fruity malt, grass, some caramel and subtle floral hops. Taste of caramel, fruity malt, grass, some grain and subtle floral hops. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, slightly metallic, floral hop bitterness in the finish. Like the Bee17 it’s better than most mass produced lagers but for a "craft lager" it’s tasteless and thin. Disappointing.
