Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, spicy, ginger, lime notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110804]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a off white head. Green herbs and spices. Mild and fine yet quite one dimensional.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, ginger, some mild grassy and wooden notes as well. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with some slight maltyness as well.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is ginger spiced and herbal. Mild bitter, citrusy and with a light bite. Bitter and citrusy into a dry finish. Lasting ginger touch.
