3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2014 "Nearly Double IPA" with a slender body, in which the hop presence is rather remarked in both aroma and taste. Some refreshing citrus touches also.

Pours unclear amber with a red shine, almost brown even .
Sweet hoppy smell
Taste is malty , yet very metallic . Good hopprofile, but fades and dissapears instantly . Aftertaste is really metallic . Bit bitterness .
Reminds a lot to troubadour magma, but Magma is much higher in quality .
Remains drinkable though

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Can from drinks of the world at Zurich HB. Hazy bronze with creamy thin white head. Lively and crisp fruity citrusy hop aroma with faint malt. Nice bittering with slight sourness and medium carbonation. Good body. Overall a well rounded DIPA I think. Will be buying more Dude, dude! Nice work from south of the Alps.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This Big Lebowski themed "Oat Soda" (an almost Double IPA) comes from the Swiss Canton of Ticino (over the Alps and closest to Italy). It had a medium lacy white head, and a wonderful dark golden honey colour. The nose was quite fruity, with a tinge of sourness. On the palate, it was dry, starting bittersweet and ending a crisp bitter (IBU: 91). There was also some light roast and a clean hoppy finish. Pretty nice overall!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma: citrus; Appearance: dark hazy red, minimal head; Taste: medium bitterness, slight sourness; Palate: bitter finish, slick texture, fizzy carbonation
Nice pale ale, unfortunately like in case of many Swiss beers malt kills the hops (91 IBU on the label is a big lie). Carbonation drills the stomach.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330 ml can from BG Birra, served in a nonic half pint glass. Beautiful deep sunrise orange, slightly hazy, with a small, creamy, almost light beige head. Despite being, I presume, an old can (BB May 2014), the nose is still pretty dank and juicy: tropical fruits all around, resin, raspberry jam, caramel malts and toffee. Imperceptible alchool. Less fresh in the mouth, but still moderately hoppy, fruity and nicely bitter. Good malt backbone, not as sticky as a proper DIPA. No trace of booze at all, it feels like a 4.5/5% beer. Average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Quite good!
