3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
11.2 oz bottle poured into a pint glass. *NOTE it is called HIPPIE...not hipster* Pours a burnt orange gold with a nice off white thin head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a little hoppy with faint fruit and sweet notes to it. It goes down smooth, watery mouthfeel to it. Has little carbonation. traces of hops and fruit throughout. Solid beer. **NOTE: It is labeled as an IMPERIAL PILSNER now.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Backlog rating. Keg at Grand Cru, Rimini. It pours an unclear satrw color with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy, floral and herbal, with notes of grains, citrus and peppermint. Taste is medium bitter with more herbal tones, grainy notes and grassy hops. Finishes lightly dry. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, meh

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 250ml bottle poured in a pint glass.
A: Pours a standard pale yellow color. A bit hazy, nevertheless. Forms a small bubbled white head with low retention and only few spotty lacings left in the glass
S: Very grainy in the nose. Strong notes of flowery hops. A bit spicy with notes of coriander. Bready and a bit metallic
T: Very grainy in the mouth too. Noble pale malts upfront. Quite bready. Great notes of noble flowery hops. Considerable notes of coriander. Balanced bitterness. Quite smooth. Good quality water was used
M: Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Smooth texture. Good quality water. Malty, grassy and bit metallic aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Good quality Pilsener. My new favorite Swiss brewery

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Winterthur. Pours gold with big foamy head. Pilsner aroma, taste is crisp pils, refreshing, clean, balanced and light. Not a great deal more to say about this and not entirely sure why it’s called ’Pilsner Wine’. Still, a perfectly drinkable afternoon pilsner.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice golden color. The aroma has a kind of almond. The taste is rather citric, rather fresh. Maybe too flat palate, due to the low carbonization. Still a really good one

BBF 18 GIU 15.
Seems I got an infected bottle. The taste is sour, reminding me of a mix of pils and Berliner Weisse. No, not good. Must re-taste a different batch.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Had this labeled as "Hippie," and put it here as others have done, since the labels are identical (besides the name). Aroma: Grassy, crackery, a little white raisin- just smells like a slightly big pils with some light fruity esters. Appearance: Slightly hazy light yellow pour with a white bubbly head that settles into a white ring. Flavor: Pretty much matches the nose; grassy up front with a lean cracker dryness; white raisin is just as light as the nose, and shows up toward the finish. Palate: Medium body, sticky carbonation, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Nothing terribly special to me, but solidly made. Nice to have an Impy Pils without a bunch of crazy off-flavors or sticky sweetness.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Schaumig und blass. Recht eigenwillig weißwein-säuerliches Pils, dessen Nachgeschmack lange anhält.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
sets off with a nice IPA-nose (melon, grassy, oranges) and is thoroughly easy drinking, with a nice subtle tartness, finishing off with notes of white wine. A refreshing summer beer!
