COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kurt, for us, means going back to our roots. Served in cans and in kegs, it’s a Pale Ale made to be drank in big amounts.

Hoping that Kurt will be the perfect "Gatewat Beer" for those who have only ever drunk industrial lager, we also want it to be appreciated for beer lovers on sunny summer days.

Kurt is brewed with Maris Otter malt and hops from the New World (Riwaka e Motueka). We use untreated water for brewing, which makes its unique mineral properties enhance the grassy notes of the hops.

Can. Slightly hazy light yellow pour with massive head. Aroma is fresh with citrus and pine. Taste is balanced and still fresh. At the end good bitter notes. Quite high carbonation.

0,33 tölkki @OPP. Samea kullankeltainen. Tuoksussa todella vahvasti tunkkainen hedelmä, ananas, sitrus, persikka, humalaa ja vähän vatsahappoa. Myös hiivaa, joka varmaan selittää tunkkaisuutta. Maussa selkeästi mäntyä, humalaa, mallasta, hiivaa hiukan.

0,33l can @ One Pint Pub. Pours hazy yellow with a high head. Aroma is malts and yeast. Flavor is malts, yeast and hops with some fermented fruits. Stingy carbonation. More like a tripel than pale ale, but decent.

slightly cloudy pale yellow colour, moderate sized white head;aroma of citrusy notes, some pine, grains and maybe peach; taste of well balanced malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness with pine, minimal citrus as well as mint notes; a bit watery, otherwise correct APA

Refreshing hoppy pale ale. Sadly too heavily carbonated. Still a very nice distingued hop smell and taste with additional sourness due to the carbonation. Disclaimer: Drank from can without glass.

Bue à la pression @lambiczoon. Bière de soif à la base mais très bien faite. Arômes de fleurs blanches, houblon sur la finale.

still promising nose of earthy, piney and some pineapple aromas that the taste can’t really keep. Sourish taste with notes of - oh well, whatever, nevermind - lingering close to a watery void. Some bitterness at the finish. One extra point for the garage-ey homebrewy edge.

Comes as it is. Looks good. Big billowing head on top of a light yellow body. Good ringing lacing. New World nose. Light & a bit hollow but still fairly unique and refreshing.

Drank as a draught with a dinner. Nice, smooth and fresh. The taste is bitter but sweet.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2014 330ml can served in a tulip glass. A: Pours a pale yellow and slightly cloudy color forming a small white thin bubbled head with low retention and practically no lacings left S: Strong smell of flowery hops. Piny and fruity. Notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. It uses four types of hops in its formula: Pacific Jade, Pacific Gem, Motueka and Riwaka. Quite malty backbone. Great Maris Otter malts profile T: Follow the nose. Intense hops in the mouth but not extremely bitter (31 IBUs). In overall, a dry taste with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. Once again, nice malty backbone M: Light watery body and low carbonation. Flowery hops and pale malts in the aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Excellent surprise from the Italian part of Switzerland. Strong personality. Refreshing Ale [ BA Review @ 5/15/2013 ]
