Kurt, for us, means going back to our roots. Served in cans and in kegs, it’s a Pale Ale made to be drank in big amounts.

Hoping that Kurt will be the perfect "Gatewat Beer" for those who have only ever drunk industrial lager, we also want it to be appreciated for beer lovers on sunny summer days.

Kurt is brewed with Maris Otter malt and hops from the New World (Riwaka e Motueka). We use untreated water for brewing, which makes its unique mineral properties enhance the grassy notes of the hops.

Mild seifig hopfiger Antrunk, frische Bitterkeit. Dabei ist die Karbonisierung etwas zu hoch, grasig werdend. Mild hopfig bei konstanter Bitterkeit zum Ende. Gut. 11/11/9/9/12/10

After drinking nothing but Hefe and Pils the last couple months in Germany, this beer hit the spot. Pale yellow with a thick white head. Strong lemon aroma and citrusy hops. Very we’ll done

Can from Pfil shared with McTapps. What an easy drinkable and fine piwo with its well balanced grass, lemons and hops upfront. Superbly drinkable, mild carbo. Rea;;y a fine apa you can easily drink from a can like a Lager. Thumbs up.

Can from trade with Phil - many thanks! The APA pours out in a light hazy yellow-golden colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus and herbs. Taste of mild, fresh hops, grapefruit, flowers, herbs, mild spices and spruce. Fresh and quaffable, smooth finish. Enjoyed it.

Tap @ Gastropub Tuulensuu.
Pours pale golden color with a small head. Grassy, lemony aroma, some hops, piney and a bit of malts can be found also. Crisp grassy and citric flavor, hops, wood and gooseberries. Very refreshing, light and quaffable. Nice.

Draught at the Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland. Clear yellow golden colour with a small white head. Some tropical fruit... maybe papaya or mango... and some sweetness and malt in the aroma. The flavour is mild and fruity. Really fruity. Almost like fruit juice and malt. Surprisingly tasty for a 4.3% APA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the can. Cloudy yellow color with a nice white foam. Nice hoppy fruitiness and sweetness in the aroma. Taste is light, but still properly bitter, with typical hoppy aromas. Rather bitter for a simple Pale Ale, but I like it. It has a smooth carbonation and goes down equally smoothly. Not too distinct, but decent.
