Probierenswert jedoch allemal. Test vom 27.10.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,9,10,9,9 - 9,15

thewolf (11184) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2007
Bottle. Pours a pale, hazy yellow - much like a Belgian wit. A gigantic lacing creamy white head rises on top of the liquid. Sweet aroma, lots of malt with a citric bitter edge to it. Mild flavours as well with a hay-like edge before finishing on a strong hoppy note.

Ungstrup (29333) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007
Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with light notes of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and citrus, leading to a bitter finish with a strong note of straw. The body is thin.

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy, pale golden with tiny impurities and a creamy, white and lacing head. Lightly citrusy nose. Medium body with fruity accents and a dry, sharp bitterness. Very carbonated. Again a very unusual and atypical German beer. Is this really how it’s supposed to be?290607

Grovlam (4154) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007
Bottle. Huge frothy white head that lasted a very long time. Good display of lacework as well. Light cloudy orange color. Aroma of caramel, floral and citrus notes, clove, coriander and fruit. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Balanced flavor between light-moderated sweet and bitter notes. Light bitter finish.
