Espresso and Stout. A bewitching blend of two rich, roasted flavours. We use the finest fresh coffee to enhance the decadent pleasure of this dark and complex beer. Black as sin and just as much fun.

Bottle from steep hill wines, sheffield. Black ale with tan head. Aeoma is coffee and a bit of liquorice. Taste is rich and deep coffee bitterness. Quite thin for a stout, tingly carbonation.

Clear dark brown beer, brown to beige creamy head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of coffee, mocha, caramel, milk chocolate, bit metallic. MF: lots of carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit sweet, caramel, coffee notes, bit of charcoal, dry, bit spicy. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, coffee grit, bit spicy, soft sourness, "green" touch.

Keg in the Tithe Bar, Northallerton. Pours black with a thin tan head. Nice and rich with pleasant roast flavour and a good coffee finish. A little thin and lacking in complexity, but still an enjoyable beer.

Cask conditioned at York Beer Festival ’14. Black with tan head. Initially this is quite sweet and fruity with a peachy edge but then a black coffee hint comes through, deeply roasty and dark, hints of dark chocolate. Improves through the beer and ends pretty decent.

Tap at brewdog shepherds bush. Pours dark brown/black with a tan head. Light creamy, choc aroma with light coffee. Medium body, medium carbonation. Light choc, light coffee, hint of toffee, light rum... It's good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Dark bitter roast malts and some dark fruit. Jet brown with a rich light brown head. Dark roast malts and the espresso slightly in the finish. A light fruity acidity is in the background which diminishes the richness.
