COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our rich and refreshing Saison fashionably suited the Bad Water identity by complexly adding a new age splash to this traditional style. The dynamic experience of our Saison is deeply rooted in our coveted recipe, developed with equal blend of art and science. Subtle peppery notes over a boatsful but not overpowering European hop yields a truly dynamic nose. A light grain bill of mostly Pilsner malts against an atypical yeast strain maintains the beers lightness for continued enjoyment with a fortifying flavor.

On draft at OHSO. Slightly hazy yellow golden color. Nice aroma of yeast, wheat, faint spice. Flavors similar- big wheat flavors in the middle, a little hoppier than a typical saison. Ends nicely w/ a dry, peppery taste.

Drank from 12 oz bottle poured into snifter. Aroma- beautiful aroma of coriander and spice. Very nice. Appearance- golden orange with light carbonation and light heavy. Taste- very clean. Orange zesty with some pepper. Palate- not a overwhelming taste but still nice. Overall- very good and drinkable saison but not enough umph to get higher score

Sampled at the Tucson Beer Fest. A nice creamy smooth foam over a lightly hazed golden beer. Nice yeast in the aroma that is right. Malt, too. A hint of hop notes are citrus. Cascade? A hint of pepper. Yeast and malts round this out nicely. Tasty.

Draft at OHSO. Pours brown with a thin white head. Slight sweet note on the tongue. Not getting much hops or funk on the tongue or finish. A bit boring if I’m honest.

Lightly hazy gold pour. Small white head. Lightly peppery aroma, wheat, orange, and caramel malt. Flavor starts more like a traditional wheat. Finishes with a light dry peppery note.
